a 'Common Sense' approach to life?

Can they work together?

I feel that you need faith to believe in something good. But you also need common sense to know with some things you cannot change, you just have to accept it for what it is. You need both faith and common sense.

I am not sure if this blog is still active but here it goes! Faith is believing and trusting in that which is not seen like our faith in God. Common sense is subjective. Common sense is knowing that if you play with fire, you will get burned. Common sense takes thought, but faith is from the heart. I have faith to believe that God will move this mountain in my life, and I will not let my common sense convince me otherwise. For God is greater than any mistake in my life and I have faith to trust in him for mercy and grace. My common sense will tell me that I have really messed up circumstances and decisions in my life, but by faith, I know that through the blood of Christ all sin is forgiven, sickness is healed, and broken promises can be made whole. Common sense says, get over it, but faith says never give up, just give it to Him!
